The indefatigable Stephen Bassett has come up with a new, creative idea to keep nudging American officialdom to disclosing its UFO secrets: a citizen hearing at the National Press Club, at which four former federal lawmakers will hear an anticipated 30 hours of UFO-...

Another Air Force Roswell Explanation (If You Can Believe It)
I've lost track of how many times the USAF has explained what happened at Roswell. First there was the 1994-1995 War-and-Peace-like, 1000-page tome, "The Roswell Report: Fact versus Fiction in the New Mexico Desert." This was the report connecting the Roswell crash...
Soviet Gullibility and Ancient Astronaut Research
Another succinct and interesting post by Jason Colavito on that nemesis of clear thinking, the ancient astronaut theory. It's about Soviet interest in the theory. Some Russians are just as gullible as those in the good old USA.
Addendum to My Previous Man-Made UFO Post
An alert reader (kudos to Keith) brought yet another alternative possibility to mind with respect to how a "shape shifting" UFO need not be alien technology. He cited the following from W. A. Harbinson's important book, Projekt Saucer: The fuselage of the experimental...

I've been preparing notes for my next Fringepop filming round. We're going to do some episodes on the latest UFO flap started several years ago by the New York Times and the leak of the "tic tac" video. I'd thought I'd post some notes here - early, to precede the...

Secret Defense Department Investigation into UFOs
Here's a pretty compelling UFO video -- from the cockpit of a Navy F/A 18 Super Hornet: As the captioning notes the UFO video comes to the public via the Department of Defense (DOD). I found it reading an article in the NY Times about the DOD's secret program to...

Tom DeLonge: Give Me Money So I Can Keep Talking About UFO Disclosure
Sigh. When will UFO enthusiasts learn? Perhaps when they use their own money, instead of loans from Sambla, things will change. Until then, we are stuck.
