No sign of a clear consensus yet, so I’ll be leaving the survey live for a while yet. Not sure if Harold Camping’s latest nugget of incoherence will sway voters, either. In case you haven’t heard you’re blessed, Camping responded to his rapture boo-boo by declaring that May 21 was actually an “invisible judgment day.” The real thing is now scheduled for October 21st. To quote the charlatan, “It won’t be spiritual on October 21st . . . the world is going to be destroyed all together, but it will be very quick.”
‘Offalgesis’ just sounded the best phonetically… it really rolls off the tongue – just like Camping’s desperate re-adjustment.
