Drenna Heiser-Hollander is the president of the Michael S. Heiser Foundation and the widow of Dr. Michael S. Heiser. Having long worked behind the scenes supporting her husband’s scholarship, she now leads the foundation in its mission to preserve and expand his legacy.

Stepping into this role has been a profound transition, but Drenna is committed to ensuring that Dr. Heiser’s work remains accessible and continues to impact lives. She oversees the foundation’s initiatives, including content preservation, publishing through Miqlat Press, the Divine Council Worldview Podcast, and the foundation’s PhD scholarship program.

With a deep sense of honor and responsibility, Drenna is dedicated to carrying forward the vision that defined her husband’s life—helping others engage with Scripture in its ancient context and challenging them to think beyond tradition.

Mike is a born-and-bred Bostonian and a lifelong resident of Massachusetts. He became a follower of Christ at the age of 15 at a local Chinese heritage church, where the foundations of his love for Jesus and the Scriptures were laid. However, it was Dr. Heiser’s content that rekindled his interest in pursuing theological training.

He graduated from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree in May 2023 and is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Ministry program at the same institution. Since 2012, he and his wife, Sofia, have been part of a local multi-ethnic church community in Quincy, where they have served in various capacities over the past decade.

Greg has worked in the investment management industry in various roles since graduating from college. Now 61, he is happily married to his wife of 31 years, Lori, and they have two adult children—a 29-year-old son, Micah, and a 27-year-old daughter, Sierra.

Greg and Lori split their time between Alpine, Wyoming, and Encinitas, California, though they spend most of their time in Wyoming. They love the outdoors and actively participate in a variety of outdoor activities and sports. Greg still competes in beach volleyball tournaments and Masters alpine ski racing.

Greg was the one who convinced Dr. Heiser to start a nonprofit to make his work widely accessible to Christians, leading to the creation of Miqlat. Before his passing, Mike expressed his wish for Greg to ensure the ministry continued in perpetuity. Greg is honored to work alongside Drenna and the board to carry forward that mission.

Andy Skipton served as the Chief Financial Officer of Faithlife (Logos Bible Software) from 2007 to 2021. He has been a board member of Miqlat, now the Michael S. Heiser Foundation, since 2020.

Andy also served alongside Dr. Heiser as a fellow board member for Redemption Seminary. Dr. Heiser deeply trusted Andy’s financial expertise and frequently sought his advice on financial matters.

With extensive experience in corporate operations, facilities, investments, real estate, strategic planning, administration, property management, financing, taxation, and human resources, Andy brings valuable insight to the foundation.

Ronn Johnson lives in Andover, MN, and was raised in a Baptist pastor’s home in River Falls, Wisconsin. He came to faith in Jesus Christ at an early age and, by the time he was a freshman at Pillsbury Baptist Bible College in Owatonna, MN, he knew he wanted to teach the Bible in an academic setting. Ronn majored in Bible and minored in Greek, graduating in 1984. It was during college that he met his wife-to-be, Susan Ergino, and they married in 1986.

Ronn went on to complete his Master of Divinity (M.Div.) at Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary in 1988. From there, he and Susan moved to Dallas, TX, where he earned an S.T.M. in Systematic Theology in 1990 and later a Ph.D. in Bible Exposition in 2004 from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Between 1991 and 2013, Ronn taught in the Bible departments of three colleges—Pillsbury College, The Master’s College, and Northwestern College. From 1999 to 2012, he also pastored two Evangelical Free Churches in the northern suburbs of Minneapolis.

Ronn and Susan have three married children and six grandchildren. Life is busy, God is faithful, and he continues to enjoy the path of discovery that Christ brings into his life every day.

Joseph Fioramonti is a brand consultant and creative director based in St. Augustine, FL. Originally from Greenwood Lake, NY, he lives with his wife and children and brings over 20 years of experience as a professional agency owner and brand strategist, along with 15 years as a college professor in design and branding.

First introduced to Dr. Michael Heiser’s work by a friend, Joseph reached out and began supporting Mike by helping organize his content into a single website, managing his online presence, and shaping his brand for nearly 15 years. That collaboration grew into a friendship and long-term partnership in preserving Mike’s work.

As a board member of the Michael S. Heiser Foundation, Joseph oversees branding and web initiatives. He is honored to continue supporting the Foundation’s mission by helping make Mike’s work accessible as an aid for better understanding God’s Word for generations to come.
