Do we have a dead sea scrolls version of Genesis 1-11 yet?
Do you mean a translation? There is an English translation of a Dead Sea Scrolls Bible (OT naturally) by Abegg, Flint, and Ulrich:

Whatever portions of Gen 1-11 are in the scrolls were used in that translation.
You know, I’d been thinking about how it would be a neat Naked Bible Podcast for you to cover the major archeological, biblical discoveries of the past 100-200 years or so, and why each was significant, what particular areas were impacted.
that’s not a bad idea. I’ll store that away. Once we finish Ezekiel we’ll be doing another listener poll on what to do next.
I meant like, a near-complete or complete copy. From what I have seen, all that exists of it so far are a few words here and there. I may be wrong though.
